Presenting the winning entry for the caption competition from our June issue.
In June we asked readers to caption this illustration from Punch, or the London Charivari of January 13th, 1866, in which Britannia discusses extradition treaties with Napoleon III of France.
The winner was Terry Payne, with this topical effort:
